Jeremiah 1:5

Before I formed you, Mavery, in the womb, I knew you. Before you were born, I set you apart.

GOTCHA MAVERY!!

And we are never ever letting go. Well that is when you actually let me hold you! It went about as well as we all expected it to go. I will say right now she is not screaming, so that is progress! I will write more later but wanted to get pictures up! She is gorgeous, shaved head and all!

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been stalking your blog...heehee I am SO happy for you! At last...after a LONG wait...she is with her mommy and daddy! I will be praying for Mavery's transition as I know its a difficult one. May God wrap his love around your family and provide healing to Mavery's tiny heart!

Do you see the importance of ME being there with you all NOW? :)

I will be praying for you all.
May God grant you all more patience and understanding. Do not be discouraged.

I just told you 3 times how amazing your hair and face look. But I just can't help but tell you one more time, your hair and face look absolutely BEAUTIFUL.

Oh my gosh, Shannon!!!
I am sitting here in Oregon just crying for you!!! What an amazing day!!!!

Please have a great rest of your trip, and please hug my son when you see him in Jinhua!!!! If you go -- I would be a little worried about Mavery understanding what's going on, BUT -- it is a great way to pass to her new life.

Personally, I can't wait to go to Jinhua to say thanks because that would mean we would finally have our son, too.
Much love from the Moyers,
Cynthia

Shannon! Amazing! Can you believe it, yet? How different it seems with a toddler and being the only one in your travel group? I so wish we could have journeyed with you guys again.
That pout..... girl she can work it. Just think how she will use it for her full advantage when she is teenager!
PLease know I will continue to pray for a tender and willing heart to break through in Ms. Mavery.
I am awake at 3:30 and had to check for an update! What a journey!
Blessings friend,
Stephanie

I'm pretty sure she is screaming because she took one look at you and said " well this just stinks-they shave my head, but no, she gets to have perfect hair!" "this just stinks, and I wanted my hair to be perfect too-wahh, wahh, wahh!" Like mother like daughter-it's all about the hair!

Oh Mark and Shannon she is beautiful and full of spirit and so waiting for your love. You can just see it in her eyes, she is a deep thinker, and has a happy soul! What a blessing!

After noticing thoses gorgoues lips I said "oh, looks like Mavery had her first haircut, Shannon might have to wait on all those bows!" Congratulations my friend!
